  1. Can I request for the bus to be on time? Recently, the timings have been inconsistent. The 8.10am bus is packed! Wise to have another bus between 810 and 830. This service is consistent and affects our ability to be on time at work. Not trustworthy.

  2. 568 is the most unreliable public service ever!!! I frequent the bus from serangoon garden for about 1.5 years now… They used to have a bus at 8.05 then 820 but recently timing changed to 8.10 and the next one comes 835. Today I reached the bus stop at 8.08 and there was no bus!!!! The next bus came at 8.40!!!! It caused me to be late for my meeting !!! Definitely not taking this bus again!!!

  3. Really disappointed with the frequency of 568. I have waited for the service from 6.15 to 6.47pm to be exact from Robinson to Serangoon.

This is ridiculous for a premium service of SGD4 per passenger. Other services have at least 2 or 3 buses during the waiting interim. Truly disappointed and if you are not able to fulfil the service standard then please let another vendor to take over.

    Seriously angry!!!!😤😠

  4. Hi,
I’m moving to Serangoon North Ave 1 soon and would really appreciate a reliable information on bus 568 please.

Here are the 3 variations I gathered:

    Public Transport SG
Morning: 7:20am to 8:45am (Monday to Friday) – final stops at International Plaza
Evening: 5:45pm – 7:15pm (Monday to Friday) – first stop at One Raffles Quay
    Fare: $3.00
Morning: 7.15am to 8.50am/ 10 minutes (Monday to Friday) – final stops at International Plaza
Evening: 5.30pm to 7.30pm/ 10 minutes (Monday to Friday) – first stop at One Raffles Quay
    Fare: $4.00

Called DeConti Transport and I was told:
Morning: 7:00am to 8:00am/ 15 minutes (Monday to Friday) – final stops at International Plaza
Evening: 5:30pm to 7:30pm (Monday to Friday) – first stop at International Plaza

We are paying a premium price and the least you can offer was a reliable information and service.

Last but not least, would you please consider extending the journey to Suntec Exhibition Center. There are plenty of working class people PLUS there will be couple more new office buildings up in that area, i.e. The South Beach – opp Suntec, etc.

    Thanks and Sincerely

    • Hi Jane,

The version provided by DeConti Trans is the correct one. Since DeConti Trans does not have a website with route details online, we are unable to present the most accurate information for this service, as well as other premiums by DeConti Trans.

While some premium operators do have an online website, they do not list the route details of the premium services they operate (eg Transcity Bus Services).

Although we do refer to MyTransportSG when crafting Premium Service Articles, we also do consider the presence of operstor websites which provide updated route details. Such example is Ren Quan Transport, where the route details online are vastly different from that listed on MyTransportSG. Premium operators do not update LTA/MyTransportSG when they make changes to their routes/timing due to growing demand as such their route details may be inaccurate at times.

Many times we update the premium service articles based on commuter feedback such as yours in order to keep it as accurate as possible. We will contact DeConti Trans soon to confirm the route details for all their services.

Regarding the route extension, you may wish to contact either LTA or DeConti Trans as they are the licenser and operator for this service.

  5. Hi, trying to determine the timing and frequency of the 568 from Opp Golden hills eat to International plaza and back again. What time does the service start AM and PM and how frequently does it run each work day?

  6. What is going on with this service? The smaller busses are always full now that school vacation is over… Seriously this a premium service, are you kidding, a joke service is more like it. Use bigger buses or run more frequently!

Seriously unlucky and becoming very frustrated!

  7. I wish to contact Deconti Trans. Would be grateful for a telephone number if possible.
Otherwise if you can help, if taking 568 from Serangoon North Ave 1, Blk 152, where is the waiting point?

    Many thanks.

  8. Would anyone be able to advise the evening bits timing for 568? Though it was advised that the interval is 15 mins, it is definitely not that case. I stood at the bus stop from 625pm to 710pm and still have not seen the bus.

    Thank you.

  9. i had previously posted 2 comments on the ruifeng 568 premium bus service picture on facebook requesting for a response because the evening timings were extremely unpredictable, where i had to wait for 30-40mins. the negative comments have been removed when i checked the page today.

separately this morning, i had waited at the bus stop after chuan garden, from 732am (after missing that bus) until 820am. that is a whopping 50 MINUTE wait, only to have the next bus drive off without stopping because all the seats have been taken.

RuiFeng has been very unreliable and unresponsive in this matter!

would there be anyone else who could look into this matter?

  10. Today the bus is 1 hour late. This is their record as they are usually late by 20mn. How this company can still operate such bad service?
