  1. Today is my first time to take bus service no. 241 to jurong west st 91 to visit a friend from Pioneer mrt stn. After boarding, I told the captain to advise me if we have reached jurong west st 91 blk 918. Unexpectedly, the driver answered me in a harsh way as he could not do that if I sit right inside the bus, then I told him that I stand just behind him. He kept quiet. At that moment, the front door closed and I saw a old lady flagging this bus, n I noticed that the driver purposely turned his head n pretend didn’t standees the old lady, I tried to call him n he ignore me too, just simply drove away. The said bus no. Is SBS3098R, the driver is “FT”, for mainland. Pls tell this driver, if he is not happy to serve us n not happy to earn SGD, pls go back to his country. We don’t need such a “FT” service.

    Thank you
