3 thoughts on “SMRT Feeder Service 302

  1. Come 3-4 bus together at the same time? What is this? People rushing to work and have no time to wait for so long .. We do not need 3-4 bus to come at the same time, in the morning afternoon or night.. Please do something about it

  2. Worst still. We are residences at Quintet access only to bus stop outside Regent Grove for Service 302 and 927. All the De La Salle Sch Primary Students relied on these 2 services to go school every morning.

Even when 3-4 buses arrive at the same time, non of them stop because they are packed, some only at the front only. The center and rear are all empty. Each time the driver will point behind, and the same thing happened again.

I got a few experiences that the commuters waited for at least 25 mins without a bus stopping.
Can you imagine how frustrated we all feel? Especially the 7 and 8 yrs old school children who are estrangled at the bus stop worrying lateness to school.

Why can’t the driver just do their duty to move the commuters standing at the front inside the bus a bit and let the school children at least got a chance to board the buses? It only takes 5-10 mins to reach the school if able to board any bus. But I have experience we waited from 7am to 7.25am still cannot catch a bus. What a joke if the interval of the feeder buses is only 7 mins.

If the bus drivers do not have this ability to move the passgengers, then can SMRT send someone to station at this bus stop and help to move the inconsiderate commuters inside the bus, just like what they did in MRT stations?
