Queen Street Bus Terminal (or Ban San Bus Terminal) is located at Queen Street, bordering Ban San Street, Arab Street and Rochor Canal Road. This bus terminal serves as a centralized location for bus and taxi services to Johor Barhu, Malaysia.

Queen Street Bus Terminal was built in the 1980s, and was home to the sole public bus route to operate into Malaysia in the past, SBS Service 170. It has since become a centralised location for commuters catching buses to Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Nearby public amenities include The Church of Our Lady of Lourdes, Stamford Primary School, Rochor Centre and Sim Lim Tower.

Currently, Singapore-Johore Express and Causeway Link also run scheduled buses from this terminal. Premium 758 was introduced in 2010 and calls at this terminal in both directions (Changi Airport and Harbourfront), but was withdrawn in 2011 following low demand.
