The bus park provides parking space and only the bare essentials for bus operations, such as a fuel pump and a bus washing machine. It is commonly referred to as ARBP, and maintenance works are done at the main depot, Bukit Batok Depot (BBDEP).

The depot also serves as a turnaround point for Service 91. Buses on revenue service frequently use the depot as a turnaround point to avoid doing a three-point turn maneuver at the depot entrance.
