Ayer Rajah Bus Park is a bus park under SBS Transit’s West District. Located at Ayer Rajah Industrial Park, it serves as a parking and washing facility for bus operations mainly around Buona Vista and Bukit Merah.

Ayer Rajah Bus Park was opened around the year 1984, built at a cost of $2.8 million. The facility has ample parking space for 176 buses, relieving the need for overnight parking of buses at North Buona Vista Terminal, Holland Road & Delta Road fringe carparks and the occasionl roadside parking along Leng Kee Road.
The bus park provides parking space and only the bare essentials for bus operations, such as a fuel pump and a bus washing machine. It is commonly referred to as ARBP, and maintenance works are done at the main depot, Bukit Batok Depot (BBDEP).
The depot also serves as a turnaround point for Service 91. Buses on revenue service frequently use the depot as a turnaround point to avoid doing a three-point turn maneuver at the depot entrance.
