Changi Airport Skytrain Shuttle Bus is a shuttle bus service connecting Changi Airport Terminals 1, 2 and 3 during non-operational hours of the Skytrain network.

When the Skytrain is closed for maintenance works from 2.30am to 5.00am daily, the Changi Airport Skytrain Shuttle Bus is activated to connect all terminals, operating at 15 minutes intervals.

From Terminal 2 Departure Hall, the bus serves Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 before returning to Terminal 2.

Boarding & alighting points are:

  • Terminal 1: Departure Check-in Hall, Level 2, Door 5
  • Terminal 2: Departure Check-in Hall, Level 2, Door 1
  • Terminal 3: Departure Check-in Hall, Level 2, Door 8

Shuttle Bus Fleet:

New Yutong ZK6126HGA buses were procured for use on the shuttle service, operated by Woodlands Transport Pte Ltd and stickered with the Changi Airport orange and purple livery. The buses are of a low-entry design, featuring wheelchair accessibility via a manual ramp at the rear door. They are also configured with luggage racks for commuters carrying baggage.

These buses have a seating capacity for 21 passengers.

Fare: This is a free shuttle service.

Fleet: The Changi Airport Skytrain Shuttle Bus fleet fully comprises Yutong ZK6126HGA private buses with 21 seats, orange livery and elongated rear EDS units from Woodlands Transport Pte Ltd.
