  1. Hi, can you confirm if the bus service 722 is operating in the AM? If yes, please also confirm the time it departs from bukit panjang… Have been trying to catch it for a week now, but to no avail.

    • Hi Worker A,

We did a check with LTA’s premium services database on the MyTransport App as well as the service operator’s website and found that our information is still accurate.

You may wish to call the operator, Transcity Bus Services at 6282 1500.

    • I have been wondering too. Board the bus 722 first time today and I asked the driver and he said $4. And I noticed the rest of the passengers just get up the bus without showing/ paying anything. So I am very curious…

  2. I boarded the bus at anson road at 6pm on 5 October 2015. It was rather empty and there wasn’t many passengers after a few more stops. The bus driver decided to make one more round at anson road just to get more passengers without informing those passengers on board and at the expense of their time. It is not fair to make the passengers who boarded to bus initially to specially go another round and waste 20mins of their time. Some of us maybe in a rush to get home or for an appointment. The company should have not make such an arrangement to be more cost effective. And it is not right to do this without informing the passengers first. I have to reschedule my appointment because of this and I believe I’m not the only one affected.

    • no wonder the buses are always full & always late. this causes the further stops passengers not able to board. we paid more than a smrt buses to get home earlier after a day at work. please come on time!
