Service CW4G is a supplementary route connecting Gelang Patah Sentral and Taman Nusa Perintis with the Sultan Abu Bakar CIQ Complex (more commonly referred to as CIQ Second Link).Introduced on 1 March 2015, the route improves bus connections between the new Taman GP Prima development, a new cluster of 4-storey shop offices, with Singapore via the Second Link.
The route compliments its parent Service CW4 but does not cross the border to Singapore. Passengers can transfer to other cross-border bus services (Service CW3, CW4, CW4S, CW6) to Jurong East and Boon Lay. As a local bus route, buses will serve all en route bus stops along their route.
Through-ticketing is available to and from Singapore, i.e. tickets bought on this service are valid for connecting bus trips to Singapore, and vice-versa, passengers from Singapore with valid tickets can transfer to this service at CIQ 2nd Link.
Fares & Inter-Checkpoint Transfer:
At each checkpoint on the Singapore and Malaysian side of the border, passengers will have to alight and clear customs before boarding the bus again. When travelling between Tuas CIQ Complex and Sultan Abu Bakar CIQ Complex (“CIQ 2nd Link”) in either direction, commuters may board any Causeway Link bus (Service CW3, CW4, CW4S, CW6) with a valid ticket. Commuters using the ManjaLink Card should tap their card upon entry.
CW4G charges section fares not just along its route, but also through-fares to Singapore. ManjaLink Card payment is accepted on this bus service. Only Singapore currency is accepted when boarding any connecting bus in Singapore, and Malaysian currency is accepted when boarding from Malaysia.

CW4G buses occasionally carry the CW3 destination plates owing to duplicating sectors between Taman Nusa Perintis and CIQ 2nd Link
- 2015 (01 Mar): Introduced between GP Sentral and CIQ Second Link with 8 trips in each direction daily
- 2015 (01 Oct): Extension of operating hours and improvement of frequency to 40-45mins interval. Operating with 24 trips in each direction daily.
Miscellaneous Fare Information for Manjalink users
Manjalink users will be required to tap their card upon entering the bus, which includes re-boarding the bus at the various checkpoints.
As the ManjaLink card is loaded with values in MYR, for SGD fares passengers will be charged based on the prevailing exchange rate determined by Causeway Link. For example, the published ManjaLink fare for JB-bound CW3 is $4.00, and as such when ManjaLink is used, 4.00×2.98= 11.92, thereby deducting RM12.00 from the card, taking into consideration the Malaysian system of rounding cents.
